Spring 2011

…and to an especially exciting season.

Not only are we delighted to finally conclude the fabulous Lone Twin Theatre’s Catastrophy Trilogy, to fulfil a long-held ambition to bring the very wonderful Guy Dartnell to Axis, to present top dance company Probe’s new collaboration with the extra-ordinary Tim Crouch, but we are also seriously pleased to be hosting the mind-blowing Modified Toy Orchestra, straight from Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall and all their other globe-trotting.

And that’s not to mention two hit performances from the Edinburgh Fringe, a diverse evening of extra-ordinary performance poetry, two major figures in the world of improvised dance, two particularly cross-disciplinary installations in the Open Space and a high flying group of MMU Cheshire graduates. And, as always, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved.

I hope you agree that’s enough to keep anyone happy, no matter what the weather decides to do.

See you soon?
